Chlorophyll

  • for people who have difficulty falling asleep, because it reduces the time to fall asleep;
  • because it improves the quality and duration of sleep;
  • for travelers, who are suffering from jet lag;
  • for night workers.

Dosage: 3 to 6 mg at bedtime. The sublingual tablets when let to melt under the tongue, are more effective.

Silica

It is an essential trace element for:

  • connective tissue formation, which explains its influence on the elasticity of the skin;
  • calcification and bone mineralization;
  • strengthening nails and hair;
  • strengthening the tendons and ligaments;
  • facilitating skin regeneration (skin diseases, wounds, surgery);
  • maintaining the integrity and elasticity of blood vessels, which improves atherosclerosis.

In addition, the silica provides an anti-inflammatory property for those suffering from recalcitrant and painful disorders of the skeleton and muscles (tendonitis, sciatica, etc.).
